Machine adopts PLC control and HITECH touch screen from Taiwan, all the parameters can be pre-set up on it. Machine is with frequency inverter motor to control material feeding. Machine is with automatic meter counter which will stop the machine when reach the pre-set length. Machine is with 10Kg/m2 electromagnetic clutch x2 for rewinding tension control Machine adopts shaftless unwinding stand, 3”, 6”, 12” and even some not standard paper cores are workable in it.
