Specifications:

1). It is used for printing both paper and plastic materials,such as BOPP,PET,CPP and similar lamination materials etc.

2). It adopts PLC control and automatic meter counter.

3). It adopts two sets of automatic tension control system for unwind/rewind tension.

4). It adopts Hydraulic lifting system for printing cylinder. This is used to lock the printing cylinder strongly, to keep more 

stability and high precision during the printing.

5). Ink Blade Scrape System: the scrape blade can be adjusted at random and it is controlled by double air cylinder.

6). It adopts hydraulic EPC from Taiwan for material edge tracking to achieve a good smooth rewinding. 

7). Printing platen Lifting System: it adopts double-cylinder to protect the cylinder when air leakage.

8). It adopts special helical gear and printing size is in high precision.
