Automatic Loading Non-woven Glass Kraft Paper Jumbo Roll Slitter Rewinder Machine  For Paper, Fiberglass, Aluminum Foil, plastic film (PVC, OPP, PET, CPP), adhesive sticker, non-woven fabrics, etc.

1. 3 Siemens inverter motors driven by 3 Yaskawa AC drive, 1 motor for material feeding & traction, the other 2 for rewinding.

2. PLC control & graphic touch screen HMI, all the parameters are shown on the screen. Just set up roll diameter, material thickness, original tension..., then the machine works automatically.

3. Automatic hydraulic loading material, separate motor driven, 3 tons load capacity.

4. Web guiding system (ultrasonic edge sensor, linear guideway, precision linear actuator), ensures accurate slitting precision.

5. Automatic finished reel discharge swing arm.

Testing:

To be tested before shipment with materials supplied in accordance with the above mentioned characteristics by buyer.

Assembling and training

If the buyer need engineer from the seller’s side, the seller should dispatch an engineer to buyer’s side. The buyer pays all the expenses including the round air ticket, food and accommodation. The buyer should pay salary for engineer during the installation and testing machine period.
