Ø Main Applicable Materials And Specifications:

Ø  Machine suits to the slitting of various material, such as regular paper, Kraft paper, bond paper, aluminum foil, film etc.

Ø Machine adopts  Inovance control system and 7” Hightech HMI control, all the parameters are shown on the screen. You only setup roll diameter, material thickness and original tension etc, the machine can work automatically.

Ø  Machine adopts 3 sets servo motors and 3 sets frequency inverter.

Ø Machine adopts automatic loading system, it is convenient for feeding.

Ø Machine adopts Ultrasonic EPC, its high sensitivity can assure the accuracy of material position.

Ø The unwinding part adopts floating roller to keep the constant tension, the rewinding part adopts 2 sets automatic tension control.

Ø  It adopts magnetic brake, the rewinding adopts magnetic clutch.

Ø All transmission shafts are dynamic/static balance treated.
