     Machine is used for all kinds of mother roll slitting and rewinding, such as paper, kraft paper, glass paper, self adhesive paper, non-woven cloth, PVC, OPP, PET, CPP, fiber glass etc.

1. Machine is with programmed control system, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor.
2. Machine is with inverter motor and frequency inverter for inverter motor control.
3. Machine is with SICK brand photocells and rectifying motor to keep the material to have accurate position.
4. Machine adopts automatic meter counter for working length counting, and emergency switch for urgent stop.
5. Unwinding section adopts 10kg/m2×1 magnetic brake to control rewinding tension properly.
6. Rewinding section adopts 10kg×2 magnetic clutches to provide the strong brake power.
7. Machine is with rubber spacers on lower cutter shaft, to protect the material avoid of wrinkle problem.
8. Unwinding section adopts automatic tension controller, rewinding section adopts semi-automatic tension controller.
