Application Material

Ø   Cigarette Paper Slitting Rewinding Machine suitable for cutting Aluminum household Foil, Cigarette Paper, Tipping paper, plug wrap paper, Regular Paper, films etc.

Main

Ø Equipped with Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically.

Ø  3 sets of fully auto tension control system controlled by Siemens PLC.

Ø  The main motor is 1 set of Siemens Motor and barcode module. One pieces of Yaskawa Bran Inverter from Japan to drive it.

Ø  It adopts 2 sests of Siemens Motor and barcode module for rewinding, and Yaskawa Brand inverter to drive each one.

Ø  It adopts RE brand Pneumatic Brake from Italy for the Unwinding Tension Control.

Ø  All the machine structure wall has been processed by CNC center to gain a high precision.

Ø  It adopts rubber roller space for the lower cutter, which is used to support the slitting foil  avoid any wrinkle.

Ø  All the eletric appliaces are from Scheneider or Omron.

Ø  All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated.

Ø  All transmission rollers have been a surface hardness treatment to protect the foil.

Ø  Equipped with emergency switch.

Ø  All the transmission bearing are from NSK brand.

Unwinding Section

Ø  Shafted Unwinding Stand with RE Pneumatic Brake from Italy.

Ø  3” and 6” air expanding shaft with thermal treatment to bear heavy duty weight.

Ø  Equipped with automatic hydraulic lift-up loading systerm for heavy material roll loading.

Ø  Equipped with U.S.A. Warner Brand Ultrasonic edge rectifying position device to gain an accurate slitting precision.

Unwinding Tension Control

Ø  Equipped with RE brand pneumatic brake to gain a stable tension.

Ø  The tension automatically controlled by the Siemens PLC.

Slitting Section

Ø  Equipped with disc type blade, and min. slitting width is 20mm

Ø  Equipped with automatic meter counter which will stop the machine when reach the pre-set length.

Rewinding Section

Ø It equipped with sur-face rewinding system, rewinding shaft is active, there is an iron roller under each rewinding shaft to perfect the foil feeding and keep a high rewinding quality as well.

Ø  the rewinding shafts can be micro adjustable in front, back, right and left, it will keep the good rewinding quality.

Ø  At the each of rewinding arm, there are one piece of curved movement brake which is used to ensure the rewinding shaft to touch the iron roll always to get a perfect edge. It is also a key point device for foil rewinding.

Ø  6” air expanding rewinding shafts is a standard configuration, we can also supply as request.

Rewinding Tension Control

Ø  Equipped with two sets of automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) to provide stable tension. It is controlled by the Siemens PLC automatically
