1).It adopts Siemens PLC and touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup 

the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically.

2).Automatic Double Roll Cutting Machine for Plastic adopts three sets of Yaskawa Inverters and three sets of Siemens 

frequency inverter motors (7.5kw), to make the machine running stable.

3).It adopts Pneumatic system for the pressure roller control, the pressure is adjustable.

4).Automatic Double Roll Cutting Machine for Plastic adopts rubber roller space for the lower cutter, which is used to 

support slitting paper avoid any paper folding.

5).It adopts two Pedal Control Emergency Switches, which are used for on-off control.

6).It adopts photocell tracking system to provide accurate slitting position,SICK from Germany.

7).It adopts automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) to gain a constant tension.

8).It adopts automatic meter counter which will stop the machine when reach the pre-set length.
