Brief introduction: This high speed potato chips packing machine unit consists of a VFFS vertical form fill and seal packaging machine, multihead weighing machine (10 heads or 14 heads) with Z type elevator, integrates the functions of weighing, bag-making, nitrogen blowing, filling, sealing, printing, punching and counting, adopts servo motor driven timing belts for film pulling. All the control components adopt international famous brand products with reliable performance. Both transverse and longitudinal sealing mechanism adopt pneumatic system with stable and reliable action. Advanced design ensures that adjustment, operation and maintenance of this machine are very convenient. This machine can also be customized as cookies packing machine and chocolate packing machine.

Multi function bag types: pillow bag, gusset bag, quad bag, corner sealed bag, hole punching bag,continues bag,single layer PE film bag.

Special function:

Can do fast speed model, which speed can reach 80~150bags per minute for all kinds of granule products, like chips, totpos, dulces, semillas, papas, botanas, candy, seeds, jelly, pet foods, puffy foods, pistachio, peanuts, nuts, raisins, dried fruits, frozen foods, snack foods, hardware, meatballs, etc.

Adopts servo motor for film pulling with automatic offset correction. Two types of drive, i.e. cylinder and servo can be adopted for transverse sealing (for convenient selection by the customer under different operating condition); there are two types of longitudinal sealing mechanism, i.e. center sealing type and platen press type (the user can choose according to specific material and the film roll).

Application: Chips packing machine is suitable for weighing candy, seeds, jelly, pet foods, puffy foods, pistachio, peanuts, nuts, raisins, dried fruits, frozen foods, snack foods, hardware, meatballs, etc.
