     This Slitter suits to the slitting of various ultra-large type coiled material, such as paper, glass paper, aluminum-foil paper, aluminum foil, adhesive sticker, non-woven fabrics, film(PVC,OPP,PET,CPP) and other coiled materials slitting and rewinding.

1. This Slitter adopts Siemens PLC control system and 7 inches HMI control, all the parameters are shown on the screen. You only setup roll diameter, material thickness and original tension etc, the machine can work automatically.

2. This Slitter adopts Yaskawa frequency inverter, and Siemens double inverter motors, one motor(11kw) for material feeding, the other motor(30kw) controls the tension.

3. This Slitter adopts automatic feeding system from Taiwan, it is convenient for feeding.

4. Machine adopts TECH MACH analog EPC from USA, and its high sensitivity can assure the accuracy of material position.

5.The unwinding part adopts TECH MACH floating roller to keep the constant tension from USA, the rewinding part adopts 2 sets fully automatic tension control.

6.It adopts RE magnetic brake(20kg/m2) from Italy, the rewinding adopts 2 sets magnetic clutch(40kg/m2) from Taiwan.

7.It adopts double cam self-locking device, easy adjustment.

8.All transmission shafts are dynamic/static balance treated.

9.It adopts automatic meter counter for working length counting, when reached the preset length, machine stop and alarm automatically.

10.It adopts emergency switch.

11.It adopts air blowe to blow waste material off.
